Sessions will be done on weekends.
Loose clothing is recommended during the session.
For better absorption student should have a meal at least 2 hrs. prior to the start of session.
Prior registration is required.
No past experience with yoga required.
Yoga videos will be made available so that you can practice at home. Approximate time to practice: 7-10 minutes
